A deposit of $100 is required at the time of registration.

• If you need to make payment arrangements or would like to apply for a scholarship, please register and pay the deposit and then apply for a scholarship here.

HOTEL OPT OUT:

Staying overnight at the hotel adds to the overall experience of the Rush conference, but in order to be more inclusive to our students who cannot stay at the hotel, we are offering a hotel opt out option. This will reduce your registration fee by $125.

Very important things to keep in mind regarding this option:

• You will make your choice when you register.
• You can change your choice one time after you register.
• No changes can be made beyond May 31 due to our rooming contracts with the hotels.
• Servant Team students are required to stay at the hotel.

Refund policy for cancellation:

Refunds will not be issued if cancellation is after the registration deadline. In a situation where we can fill the spot (may need to be same gender/grade), we will issue a refund.
